• encourage BT to provide Broadband
• Write to BT to ask for trigger level

• 17th Nov 2003: BT have given us a trigger level of 350
• Write to Bob Downes, BT Regional Director, Scotland
• Write to MP, MEP, MSP to ask them to lobby BT
• Anne Picking MP responded to say that she would investigate.

• Investigate alternatives to Broadband over telephone lines which might need to be considered if BT refuse to provide it
